The cancellation amount will be refunded between 4-7 working days after cancellation.
Below Mentioned refunds Eligible only for Safari Bookings. No Refund on Cancellation of activities and Single seat safari booking.
1-3 days
Before Safari Date
For these tickets there is NO REFUND on cancellation.
4-15 days
Before Safari Date
For these tickets the amount Refunded will be 20% of Booking Amount.
16-59 days
Before Safari Date
50% of the booking amount will be refunded after cancellation.
60-120 days
Before Safari Date
For these tickets there is NO REFUND on cancellation.
Activities / Tent / Canter Bookings
For these tickets there is NO REFUND on cancellation even after confirm booking.
